Better Plant
with Tissue Culture

Tissue Culture

Obtaining a better plant in view of appearance or of yield are the interest of many people loving in plants. The appearance of ornamental plant as  kinds of flowers is important, it may be the colors, the sizes, the lasting period of presented in display table. The yield is objective of every planters. Production and quality of production are to be the objevtives to meet the demand of market.  Consumers have the choice to be provided by the producer. This objectives may be obtainned by applying the technique of tissue culture.
Tissue culture seedlings were planted in some areas showed good growth, even teak tissue culture results are often called golden teak can be harvested within a relatively short time compared with teak plants derived from seed generative, regardless of the quality of the wood that has not been tested in Indonesia. This is very advantageous because the entrepreneur will obtain faster results.

Gain Utilization Tissue Culture

Tissue culture as an alternative of better Seed Production, has advantages:
• Production of seedlings is not depending on the season
• Seeds can be produced in large quantities with a relatively faster (than the buds that have a response within 1 year can be generated at least 10,000 plantlets / seed)
• Seeds produced are uniform
• Seeds produced  are disease-free (using a specific organ)
• The cost of transporting the seedlings are relatively cheap and easy
• In the process of  free nursery pests, diseases, and other environmental flogging.

Tissue Culture network is a series of activities carried out to make the better plant parts (roots, shoots, the plant grows tissue) grow into whole plants (perfect) conditioned in vitro (in glass). The advantage of tissue culture is more efficient place, saving time, and the plants are propagated by tissue culture has the same properties or uniform with its parent. Examples of how to get a new plants that are commonly propagated in tissue culture: horticulture plants: flowers, vegetables, orchards, fruits, food crops, estate crops, and even the forestry plants as teak and pine.
