Bad Nap for Health

At night sleeping is an important activity, as it can help restoring power after the exhaustion. However a nap, sleeping at day time can be bad for health. What are the bad effects?
According to new research, a short break or just sleep can help boost energy and concentration. However, people who take a nap during the day put themselves at higher risk of developing diabetes.
Furthermore,there has been studied almost to 27,000 men and women of Chinese nationality. The researchers found that those who sleep more than an hour during the day, it is much more likely to have metabolic disorders.
A study published in the journal Sleep Medicine said that napping has different effects on the body, depending on the duration of sleep. The results showed that napping longer associated with an increased risk of high blood sugar and diabetes. Meanwhile, a short nap of about 30 minutes will make low blood sugar levels.
Based on experience the same with the findings of experiments that may have important implications for people who regularly take a nap. Naps may be useful for certain individuals, but the nap should not be too long.
In previous studies, the researchers say that diabetes can be caused by too short or too long sleep at night. Consequently according to reports, the longer the nap may be the lack of sleep at night, and it increases the risk of diabetes. Longer naps can also disrupt the 24-hour cycle that affects the production of insulin.
And  disrupt production of individual work.
