The Health or Healthy is important thing in our life, There is said  “health is expensive” and  that is true . In order to be able to maintain health one has to have enough earning. If we sick, we can’t do anything and just  stay at bed room, and  that is so borried and damn.
When we eat we feel bitter, weak and much of sleeping, we must to drink some medicine is bitter,
so that is true if someone said health is expensive, but don’t worry, as long we can keep our helthy we don’t contact that sick.

One of many ways to keep healthy is taking bath everyday, minimun two times a day.  Taking a bath is important thing to do every day or can be referred to as a mandatory routine. Bathing is generally carried out at least twice a day in morning and evening before the activity and after the activity.
Even there are baths conducted at night so three times a day. This bath is the actual thing is obliged to do every first young or old.
