Rocket technology, is not easy  mastering it because it is of the high-tech and expensive. It is increasingly difficult because the technology is closed and not studied in study program openly. The developed countries that have developed this kind of technology are not to share their knowledge. But we understand how the Hamas of Palestine can develop rocket weapon, perhaps they developed the weaponry with the help of nations that oppose to Israel or America.
