Virus and The Tiniest Creatures, Microorganism.
Islamic say about microorganisme. Here are the information about it.
Microorganisms In surah al-Mu’minun verse 12-14 the Almighty God describes the genesis of mankind commenced with a single microscopic living cell (sperm) and finally the existence of a new multi-cellular creature mankind “And indeed We created man (Adam) out of extract of clay (water and earth).
Thereafter We made him as a Nutfah in a safe lodging (womb of a woman). Then We made the nutfah into a clot, then We made the clot inti a little lump of flesh, then We made out of that little lump of flesh bones, then We clothed the bones with flesh, and then We brought it forth as another creation.
So Blessed is Allah, theBest of creators” Nutfah is mixed drops of the male and female sexual discharge and lodged it in a safe lodging of womb of a mother. Sperm is liquid containing microscopic multi-cell moving as embryo of life when match with ovum of a mother In surah Yunus verse 61 the word “micro” or tiny thing (zarrah) is mentioned in the context as follow:
“ Neither you (O Muhammad PBUH) do any deed nor recite any portion of the Qur’an, - nor you (manknd) do any deed (good or evil) but We are witness thereof, when you are doing it. And nothing is hidden from your Lord (so much as) the weight of an atom (or small ant) on the earth or in the heaven.
Not what is less than that or what is greater than that but is (written) in a Clear Record
” Al-Azhar book of interpretation written by Prof HAMKA gives interpretation that zarrah is the smallest /tiniest thing that cannot be more divided. Atom is still can be split into neutron, proton and electron. While zarrah has been the absolutely smallest, nothing smaller than zarrah.
Zarah the smallest thing existing in the earth or in the heaven is always in the complete control of the Almighty God. Prof. Hamka concluded his interpretation stating that this verse was just clearly and logically interpreted in 19 century when Luis Pasteur and other western microbiologists described the exixtence of germs or microorganisms and in the 20 century after human revealed atom (atomic century)
The conception of zarrah as virus and the tiniest creatures microorganism the smallest entity is mentioned in the Qur’an as an indication leading to the study of microthings , microbiology, microelectronics, and other micros-study in which muslim should engage as the so called the ulul albab.
