It was said when Ibnu Sina working in his room writing his ideas then found it was difficult to write his idea, he stopped and go to take absolution and go to praying room to do shalat until the bright comes to continue writing.
He is hafidh (learn by heart ) the Qur’an in the age of ten. So that his idea, knowledge and his writing are not only axiologically based on Islam but Epistemologically are Islamic. The books written by Ibnu Sina is absolutely Islamic. As a hafidh Ibnu Sina had thought hard about the life of microorganism, the happening in the surrounding inspired him to think. He concluded that tuberculoses is contagious. This is one of scientific facts in islam.
Ones infected with the disease must be isolated. Spittle infected person on land is forbidden for it becomes the initial of spreading to healhty people. Part of verse 26 of surah al-Baqarah says:“Verily Allah is not ashamed to sethforth a parable even of a mosquito or so much more (when it is bigger, or less when it is smaller)…” Allah tidak malu dengan memberikan perumpamaan apapun kepada orang fasik yang tidak mau beriman dan yang cenderung untuk menghinakan al-Qur’an. Karena apapun masal yang diberikan oleh Allah dalam al-Qur’an pasti mengandung sesuatu yang sangat penting bagi manusia"
Setelah diteliti oleh ilmuwan biologi ternyata adalah bentuk tunggal dari kata ba’udh yang ditafsirkan dalam al-Mishbah “kutu” atau nyamuk dalam tarjamah the Noble Qur’an dan lalat dalam tafsir lain, memiliki sifat menggigit menyakitkan berbau busuk, berbelalai, binatangnya kecil tetapi dapat menusuk menembus kulit gajah atau unta sehingga dapat mati karena digigit binatang kecil itu. Bukan karena giginya atau tusikannya yang menyebabkan kematian gajah atau unta tersebut. Akan tetapi ternyata sekarang terbukti sambil menusuk atau menggigit binatang itu mengeluarkan cairan yang mengandung bibit mikroorganisme yang dapat mematikan manusia atau binatang (protozoa: plasmodium nyamuk malaria, atau Trypanosoma lalat Tsetse) Dalam surat Yasin ayat 36 diberitahukan adanya mahluk yang belum atau tidak diketahui oleh orang pada saat ayat diturunkan zaman rasulullah atau yang belun diketahui sampai sekarang. Mikroorganisme golongan virus baru diketahui oleh manusia pada awal abad 20

Even up to now there are still so many viruses and bacteria or other microorganisms which are still undetected by human. the Qur'an as inspiration of moslem sciences.
