 Fiber Roles in Foods as Common... 

Common people thinks why should fiber is included in food. Is fiber role as thread ? How long is it? More or less the thought of common image the bulk of fiber is different from the corbohydrates or the fats and the protein. Fiber is not absorbed into cells of organ, its roles maintains the existance of carbohydrates, fats, and protein in good condition for digestive processes.
Further studies on fiber roles resulted as summarised below:

          System of Dietary fiber after entry into the intestine can have water-binding properties, thus causing the remnants of undigested food in the intestines become heavier, larger volume, and softer, making it possible to move (peristalsis) through the intestines (gastrointestinal tract) more easily. Solving one of the problems in stomach ache.
