Guide to Have Happy Life


Health is our asset for the future and is the main capital for prosperous life. Many factors support that we can live healthy. One of them is supported with a clean environment. It can be said both are like the two sides of a coin, The analogy would be clean and healthy want to clean it will be healthy.
From the aspect of supporting environmental factors such as the availability of healthy living is for latrines, clean water, free larva water, waste sorting, waste water disposal system (SPAL), ventilation, flooring and housing density. While the aspect of self factor is sports, worship, shower, hang out with healthy and working.
In addition to the things mentioned above, there are also some factors that can make your life healthier and fresher which will take you to reach the good quality of life as well as when possible will also make you more outstanding. Here are the supporting factors:

-Worship.
Worship is spiritual need , conducting worship and pray regularly meet our spiritual needs, which is a vital component in the welfare of the soul. Ignoring the spiritual needs of the soul makes us restless and unsettled. Pray is an effective means of preventing and combating mental health problems.

-Managed activities and behaviour
All the daily agenda and activities are well planned and controlled.

-Expressing Love
Love is happy maker, deliver and get love makes our life happy. Pour out love to the family, relatives and other people is the key to spiritual happiness. Helping others makes our lives more meaningful and our presence is expected.

-Select positive things.
Selecting possitive and constructive things. Try reading the news, rather than watching the television news. Read more gentle effect on your mind and we can be more selective. Try to avoid violent or sensational impressions, choose only the television programs and movies are positive.

-Make  mind calm through listening to soft music.
Calm mind with inspiration of  frenetic music that it can lead to mental overload. Many of the types of music that can bring feelings of depression or hollow. Soft and melodious music can balance the chemical processes in our brains.


-Refresh by see the environment to have recreation.
Spending some time in nature to get fresh mind could be one effective way to find inner peace and calm our minds, find enlightenment and release from negative thoughts.

-Be open minded.
Human as social creature need to form ommunity that support each other and meet on a regular basis can really help us through the crisis and remain positive.

-Maintaining a balance diet.
Food or consumption is sources of various diseases including autism, schizophrenia, depression, anxiety and panic attacks. Food is needed for good mental health is fruit and vegetables and foods containing essential fatty acids, such as fish, cob, squash and beans.

-If there is depected member, do not berate or ridicule that made ​​him feel inferior and perpetuate feelings of self-loathing. This is also true for those with eating disorder tendencies. Show me the love and understanding to them.
