Up to now, the welfare of farmers in this country are still inadequate. It is considered as income from agricultural produce received by Indonesian farmers is not sufficient for their daily needs.

The farmer work in farm from dawn to sunset, but the results should be better. For example, the sugar yield, farmers can not survive with such current yield of sugar un-welfare condition The sugar yield in the future should be  9 percent to 10 percent, because if not, the loss is got.
